VBWR has experience representing clients in a wide variety of financial institution litigation matters. We have represented clients in commercial mortgage foreclosure and receivership litigation. VBWR attorneys also have experience in litigation involving banks, insurance companies, credit companies, and other financial institutions involving loan pools, servicing agreements, and other banking and lending activities. VBWR also represents clients in all aspects of consumer finance litigation. This work includes defending against claims arising from collection activities and matters involving alleged violations of FDCPA, FCRA, RESPA, TILA and state consumer protection statutes.
