Our creditors’ rights practice includes representation of secured creditors in foreclosure and replevin actions primarily relating to commercial loans. We limit our bankruptcy practice to the representation of creditors. Our firm has represented a variety of secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy stay litigation and adversary proceedings, and has served as counsel for unsecured creditors’ committees.
