Joyce McLendon Durden
Paralegal
Ms. Durden is an advanced certified paralegal with Volpe, Bajalia, Wickes, Rogerson & Wachs (VBWR), concentrating in commercial litigation, business and insurance law. Ms. Durden’s legal career spans more than 25 years and is concentrated in the areas of complex commercial litigation, business disputes and insurance law. In addition, she has developed expertise in managing complex litigation databases, imaging electronic data, and has participated in arbitration, mediation and trial practices.
Ms. Durden received a bachelor's degree in business with honors from Jacksonville University, an associate's degree in paralegal studies from Florida Community College at Jacksonville, and obtained her Certified Legal Assistant designation from the National Association of Legal Assistants in 2006 with an Advanced Discovery Certification in April, 2011. She is a member of the Northeast Florida Association of Paralegals, the National Association of Legal Assistants and is a Florida Registered Paralegal.
