Areas of Practice

Mr. Rogerson’s focus is primarily in the areas of business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, toxic tort defense, and insurance law/litigation. Additionally, Mr. Rogerson’s representation includes advising corporate and health care providers in general business and legal matters. He was also selected as one of the Top Lawyers of 2010 by Jacksonville Magazine's 904 and one of the Top Attorneys in Florida, 2011 by The Wall Street Journal.

Education and Employment Background

Mr. Rogerson attended the University of Florida, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985, and his Juris Doctorate, with honors, in 1989. While attending law school, he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Conflict of Laws.

Prior to joining VBWR, Mr. Rogerson was a partner with the law firm of Holland & Knight, LP, and shareholder with the law firm of Kirschner, Main, Graham, Tanner & Demont, P.A.
