Mr. Lee represents businesses and individuals in commercial disputes and litigation, including claims involving contracts, fraud, shareholder/partner disputes, breaches of professional and fiduciary duties, real estate, insurance, intellectual property and illegal competition, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. His practice also includes representing banks and other lenders in connection with litigation, asset recovery and workouts of commercial loans, including creditors’ rights in bankruptcy.

Education and Employment Background

Mr. Lee attended Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, in 1995. He obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Florida, with honors, in 1998.
