AREAS OF PRACTICE
Mr. Rogerson’s focus is primarily in the areas of business and commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, toxic tort defense, and insurance law/litigation. Additionally, Mr. Rogerson’s representation includes advising corporate and health care providers in general business and legal matters.

EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND
Mr. Rogerson attended the University of Florida, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1985; and Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, in 1989. While attending law school, he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Conflict of Laws.

Prior to joining VBWR&W, Mr. Rogerson was a partner with the law firm of Holland & Knight, L.L.P. and shareholder with the law firm of Kirschner, Main, Graham, Tanner & Demont, P.A.
