Ms. Prieto focuses her practices in the areas of complex business and commercial litigation. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Florida.

EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND
Ms. Prieto attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating with highest distinction in 2006.  She obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2009.  While at law school, Ms. Prieto served as the Editor-in-Chief of the North Carolina Journal of Law and Technology.
