Mr. McLauchlin practices in the areas of commercial litigation, tort and products liability defense.

EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND
Mr. McLauchlin was born in Tampa, Florida, December 11, 1973.  He attended the University of Florida receiving his B.A. in History and a minor in Business Administration in 1996.  McLauchlin obtained his Juris Doctorate degree (with honors), from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2000.  While attending the College of Law, McLauchlin was a member of the Florida Law Review and received book awards in the areas of Civil Procedure and Constitutional Law.

Prior to joining VBWR&W, McLauchlin was an associate with the law firm of Smith, Hulsey & Busey.
