AREAS OF PRACTICE
Mr. Feiser’s practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation.
EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND
Mr. Feiser comes to the firm from the Florida Solicitor General’s Office, where he has served Florida’s Attorney General as a Deputy Solicitor General handling major appellate matters for the State since 2007. He has briefed and argued cases throughout Florida’s state and federal courts, and has participated in briefing and arguing several cases before the United States Supreme Court.
Prior to joining the Solicitor General, Mr. Feiser was an assistant professor at Florida Coastal School of Law, where he taught mainly in the areas of Constitutional Law and ethics. He also served as law clerk to the Hon. John H. Moore II, Senior Judge for the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Hon. Gerald B. Tjoflat, Circuit Judge for the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
After graduation from the University of Florida College of Law in 1998, Mr. Feiser worked as a commercial litigation associate at Holland & Knight LLP in Jacksonville for three years. He also has a Masters of Arts degree in Mass Communication from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Michigan State University in 1992, after which he worked as a newspaper reporter and editor for three years prior to law school.
