AREAS OF PRACTICE
Ms. Croft’s focus is primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.

EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND
Ms. Croft attended Florida State University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in 1995; and her Juris Doctorate degree in 1998. While attending law school, she studied at Oxford University in England and was a member of Phi Delta Phi. She received the 1996 Book Award in Local Government Law.

Prior to joining VBWR&W, Ms. Croft was an associate with the law firm of Moseley, Warren, Prichard & Parrish, specializing in maritime law and civil litigation.
