AREAS OF PRACTICE
Mr. Baker practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation,  commercial contract negotiation and insurance coverage litigation.

EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND
Mr. Baker earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude) with a minor in English and Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida.  He graduated with honors in 2006 from the Levin College Law where he held several leadership positions including a seat on the board of UF’s Moot Court team, on the curriculum and faculty advisement committee and in several professor assistantships.  Mr. Baker received the book award in Federal Civil Procedure and in International Securities Regulation and competed in multiple National Moot Court competitions including the Tulane National Sports Law Competition in New Orleans, Spring 2006 and the Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition in Washington D. C., Fall 2006.  For seven months while in law school, Mr. Baker interned in Jacksonville for Federal Middle District Court Judge Marcia Morales Howard.
