August 25, 2009 … Volpe, Bajalia, Wickes, Rogerson & Wachs is pleased to announce that Leslie A. Wickes has been elected the firm’s managing partner.  She succeeds Timothy W. Volpe, who served in that position since the firm’s inception in 1998.  Volpe remains Chairman of the firm.

Wickes was a founding member of the firm in 1998.  She received her JD, with honors, from the University of Florida in 1992.

Wickes assumes the role as the firm has grown to 20 lawyers under Volpe’s leadership.  “Leslie’s promotion to managing partner is well deserved,” said Tim Volpe.  “It’s an appreciation for her business acumen and the role we want her to play in the administration and management of our law firm that has lead to her election as managing partner.  She has the universal respect of everyone here at our firm.”
